Meenakshi Sanjay

Managing Director

Meenakshi Sanjay, a Master's degree holder in History, started her career as a child artist on All India Radio and later became a singer, programme producer-director, and associated herself with Doordarshan. She has produced numerous documentaries, tele-films, and tele-serials. At the age of 40, she developed an interest in real estate and became a member of a Group Housing Society, later becoming the Vice-President of the Group Housing Society. She eventually opened her own real estate firm, Premium Infra Developer Pvt. Ltd., which is now a family company managed by her and her three grown-up children.

Dr. Sanjay Kumar

As a real estate director, I bring over three decades of experience and expertise in property management, investment, and development. With a Ph.D. in Economics from Banaras Hindu University and a Basic T.V. Production & Technical Operation Course from the Film & Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, I possess a strong background in both economics and media. In my previous roles, I served in various capacities at Doordarshan, including Production Center Production (CPC), Development Communication Division (DCD), and Directorate of Doordarshan, New Delhi. I have been recognized and honored at various public platforms by organizations such as the Rotary Club and Lions Club. Currently, as a director of Premium Infra Developer Pvt.Ltd., established in 2008. I'm committed to providing innovative solutions and personalized service to our clients. Based in Canberra, he holds a BBA in Real Estate from Amity University, Noida, and a Master's in Property from Adelaide University, Australia. As an Assistant Commercial Property Manager at Vinta Group, he oversees tenancy schedules and manages records. With experience as a Lease Administrator at JLL, he has managed 23 Australian Government accounts. Jayesh is a Registered Land Agent (RLA: 312896) and has received the JLL Rookie of the Year 2022 award. He brings expertise and dedication to delivering exceptional property management services.
