Meenakshi Sanjay, a Master's degree holder in History, started her career as a child artist on All India Radio and later became a singer, programme producer-director, and associated herself with Doordarshan. She has produced numerous documentaries, tele-films, and tele-serials. At the age of 40, she developed an interest in real estate and became a member of a Group Housing Society, later becoming the Vice-President of the Group Housing Society. She eventually opened her own real estate firm, Premium Infra Developer Pvt. Ltd., which is now a family company managed by her and her three grown-up children.

With experience as a Lease Administrator at JLL, he has managed 23 Australian Government accounts.
